Support that meets you where you are, not where you “should” be.
Areas of support
-
Anxiety and depression can deeply interfere with daily life, making it hard to function at work, in school, or in relationships. These conditions are not a weakness — they’re serious challenges that deserve care and attention. Through therapy, I provide support and strategies to navigate symptoms while working towards a life that feels more manageable and supported.
-
Individual or couples work focused on communication challenges, conflict, disconnection, or navigating shifts in a partnership.
-
Processing distressing or disruptive events—recent or long past—primarily using EMDR, Brainspotting, and other trauma-informed approaches.
-
A supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore patterns of use and what they’re connected to—whether you're rethinking your relationship with substances, working toward reduction, or ready for change. Therapy can help you clarify what’s no longer working and build toward something more sustainable.
-
Support through shifts in gender, sexuality, family roles, belief systems, grief, or direction—times when your sense of self or path is evolving.
-
Therapy for teens and young adults facing the pressures of school, social life, family dynamics, and early career decisions. This part of life can feel like constant change with conflicting expectations—therapy can offer support, perspective, and room to figure things out.

Life as a college athlete comes with unique highs and lows — from training and the rush of competition to academics and the challenges of everyday life. I work with athletes to manage stress, support mental health during injury recovery, and navigate major transitions, including finding identity beyond athletics after graduation.
My own experience as a collegiate athlete, team captain, and lifelong sports enthusiast helps me connect with the challenges athletes face while providing support to build resilience and balance.
