I’m currently in the process of paneling with Blue Cross Blue Shield and expect to be accepting BCBS by October. Until then I am accepting self-pay only.

Copays and coverage vary, so check with your insurance provider to understand your mental health benefits.

For all other insurance plans, I am an out-of-network provider. Many clients are still able to receive partial reimbursement for sessions. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, I can provide a monthly superbill (a detailed receipt with everything your insurance company needs) that you can submit for reimbursement.

Out-of-Network Reimbursement

Many clients with out-of-network benefits are eligible to receive reimbursement for a portion of therapy costs.

Here's how that typically works:

  1. Payment: You pay the full fee at the time of your appointment.

  2. Superbill: I provide a monthly document called a superbill—an itemized receipt that includes all the necessary information (diagnosis codes, dates of service, and payment amounts).

  3. Submit Claim: You submit the superbill to your insurance company, usually through their website or app.

  4. Reimbursement: Depending on your plan, you may receive back 50%–80% of the session cost. Contact your provider to confirm the reimbursement rate.

You can also use this out-of-network benefits calculator to estimate your potential reimbursement.

Common Codes for Reimbursement:
