Good Faith Estimate
As part of the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your mental health care will cost.
This estimate is intended for clients who are uninsured or not using insurance for services. While it's not possible to predict in advance how many sessions you may need, you will receive a written estimate outlining the anticipated cost of care based on our agreed-upon session rate and the frequency we discuss.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your appointment.
The estimate will include the expected total cost for services you plan to receive.
You can request a Good Faith Estimate at any time by contacting [your email or contact method].
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your estimate, you may dispute the charges.
This estimate does not obligate you to receive care or commit to a specific number of sessions. You can begin, pause, or stop therapy at any time.
